Wonderful product!
Mung beans are a staple for me, and these are exceptional in every way. They sprout up within one day and are tasty, crunchy and nutritious. I could probably live on Mung beans if necessary.I would highly recommend this product and any sprouter including a simple mason jar will do the trick. Enjoy!

Great product and easy to grow.
I have enjoyed growing these mung beans. The package was large enough that I shared it with my grand daughter. She used to call them Aliens brains when she came to my house. she now has a house and family of her own. The product was shipped and delivered quickly. Excellent germination and fun to grow. I've bought from this company in the past and I haven't been dissapointed.

bag of seeds, not food
This is just an envelope of seeds to plant. I suppose you could try to hydrate them to eat, but they come in an envelope that does not appear to be compatible with a food product.

They didn't excite me
I've been sprouting for years, but this was the first try with mung beans. I was not thrilled. My bad. There seem to be others who like them, but I still prefer my old standby lentil sprouts.

Very tasty mung bean
I like growing my own whenever I can. I find the taste and texture is better if I just picked whatever I'm going to eat today. That has never been more true that with these mung beans.I bought a tray for growing sprouts that's about 10 inches by 12. I have discovered that this package of seeds will give me a lot of beans! I put about a half a cup in the sprouter and they are really filling it up. I'm munching away and there is still a great crop that I'll be able to harvest when they are fully mature and make a great stir fry. For that size sprouter, I suggest maybe a quarter cup might be better. Mine are pretty crowded now. Not that I'm complaining!
