Protect yourself and the NHS
As instructed by a top rheumatologist, I take this every day. Horrible, huge, chalky lumps. I don't like it, but you gotta protect yourself where you can. It's your duty not to make your problems the NHS's problems where possible.

Great value, largish tablet.
Was looking for a zinc, magnesium and vit D all in one and here it is! Great value for the whole year. Helps with my sleep regulation taken an hour before bed. Slightly large tablet. No after taste. Only minus is it does t include B6. £1 coin for photo reference.

Massive tablets
The tablets are huge but you can just snap in half which is a bit annoying to do but it's not the end of the world.

Rather large tablets
The product was described as 'easy to swallow'. I don't have a problem with them but customers should be aware that each tablet is in fact quite large, certainly about twice the size of the ones I last purchased from a different supplier.
