Wanted a decent under cabinet lighting system for my kitchen. It originally had two little fluorescent lamps underneath one side. Bought these after doing a little bit of research and for the price we’re perfect for me. Ease of fitting was a piece of cake and when asking Andy the seller for advice, he was excellent and replied straight away, very polite, friendly and professional. You have to clean the surfaces to make sure the adhesive sticks but that’s a 2 second job. I planned the route of the lights and tested them before fitting. With the added bonus or corner connections and the length of the mains cable it took about 30 minutes to fit. The remote is handy for my little one who can’t reach the main on off switch and the added bonus of the dimming facility is brilliant. I have them on full for when cooking and then in the evenings done to 25% for a subdued light. As my kitchen setup has a cooker hood in the middle of the units I only used 3 of the 6 light strips and the light they give out is great and definitely does the job. The other 3 light strips are going to go under my other unit with 1 in the cooker hood to replace the standard light bulbs there. They are a warm light, easy to fit, instructions simple and easy to read, and make a huge difference to my kitchen. Will be looking into getting more of these for other shelving and am isn’t lighting solutions in my place.Have to say a big well done to Andy the seller, who was excellent with his advice, speed of responding and support for my questions about extending the kit and the supply of the extension kit. Wonderful lightning with a easy fix and great price

I like these, and I've used similar ones before. It comes with plenty of connectors and most of what you would ever need. The only thing I'd say is that they could put a few 90-degree connectors in the pack, and that would have made it perfect for me. The only other thing as a pro tip for people wanting to use them in a kitchen; Make sure you degrease the area to stick them to thoroughly, but do not use washing liquid or anything that leaves a residue. Otherwise, it won't stick and it will force you to use bad language.

Works perfectly ,just what I wanted shows good light

The units needed two strips of LED under each cabinet to get the brightness needed and the warm white output was just what we wanted. This needed careful working out of the route and connections to use to get under the eight cabinets that we had using the single string connection option. I carefully drew it out to establish which connectors and so on to use at each stage.I also rigged bits up under the cabinets using sellotape to check for best positions and lighting.We had old flourescent tube fittings and cabling in an existing kitchen with existing switching. I fitted a new socket on the end of the old cable concealed on the underside of the cabinet so that I could plug in and hide the adaptor that comes with the set. You might need an electricitian to do this.In order to keep everything concealed, I needed to use the old existing cables to go between different cabinets. The old cables are massive and stiff compared with the delicate pins and connectors in the kit so this meant some soldering and use of nylon connector blocks which all worked fine.The interconnecting elements with the kit are very basic but you can use normal cable to do longer interconnections and they will still work but getting from the tiny wires of the set to more normal sizes needs some planning and other connectors such as nylon blocks.The brightness settings made on the controller are remembered, so the whole set can be turned on and off at the wall using the same switch that the old ones worked from and without having to grab the controller every time.Now I've completed this ok, I will be re-ordering another set for the over cabinet lighting.

I’ve had a few led light strips for the kitchen and all have failed after a few weeks/months. When this one arrived I hadn’t realised it was another strip light, and was a bit put off as it came in various pieces that needed connected.However a quick read of the instructions and working out what I needed, I found it to be quite intuitive and it came together nicely.The lights have a remote, (others I’ve had also had one, but they were limited) and it works well. I particularly like the fact the lights can be on full, perfectly bright, or half or quarter brightness. So far I’m very happy with the results, I’ll see if they last longer than others I’ve had.

I wasn't expecting much at this price but was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to instill under my cabinets, the sticky backing to the led strips is VERY sticky so I doubt it'll peel off soon!. The remote control works well and has a few options. Dimmable to 100%/75%/50% and 25% or there is a nigh-time mode (10%) which gives a very nice soft background glow. The heartbeat and flashing options are gimmicky and not really useful. You can also set timers for 3/5/15/30/60 mins.The light under my overhead cupboards in my study shines down onto my worktop and makes my work area very light and airy. Also takes me out of the 'dark zone' when I'm using Zoom/Skype/Teams on my laptop.A minor gripe... it comes with a number of connecting strips to extend or return the 6 strip 180 degrees. BUT it does not have a 90 degree connector - which is a shame as my cupboards are L shaped. I've twisted one of the connecting strips carefully to get my 'dog-leg' - its fine but not flat against the cabinet underside which is a shame. Not a show-stopper, but the inclusion of an L connector would have made this perfect.Overall...very happy with these.
