I’ve had it for 6 years and it finally thinned out to where it was no longer waterproof

Prefect encasement for our 12in king.Can be a little daunting when you first try to put it on, especially if wevre talking about a thick full foam mattress. But it s not thst bad once you get the hang of it.Perfect if you have kids and/or pets

This is my second time purchasing this cover as we have it on our primary suite mattress. We purchased another one for our guest room and it’s so easy to install! I clean it in the wash and let it either air dry or put it on a delicate cycle in the dryer. Never have had any issue with it whether it be the material or waterproofness. We lived in an apartment for a while and I initially purchased it as I was afraid of potential bugs etc for our new mattress. This cover did a great job at protecting our mattress from bugs, and kept me with a sense of peace.

House of teen girls and overnight monthly “leaks” can happen-this mattress protector was the easiest clean up ever. So good I’m coming back to write a review. It kept the fluid from going through to the mattress AND the stain came right out of the fabric! Really satisfied with the purchase.

Good encasement. Coupled with foam mattress it may trap heat and make you hot though so bear that in mind.

I bought it to go on a 14 inch mattress king-size and it slipped right on. It took two of us one on each side because the bed is so big but we just started at one end and slid it down easy didn’t have to lift the mattress or anything. .

At first I thought it was a little excessive to get this encasement because of how slippery and plastic-y it was. It is not a loud encasement, but my partner has definitely slid off the edge and bruised their tailbone during... an inopportune moment.But after having it on for ~7 months, my kid projectile vomited all over the bed. And I mean a lot. Oh god. So much.... Anyway after taking care of my kid I cleaned up the vomit and stripped down the bed. The mattress didn't look stained, but I could smell *ever so slightly* a whiff of puke. I used a pet enzyme cleaner to get rid of the faint smell. My <1 year old Tempurpedic mattress looks (and smells) brand new. 10/10 would buy this encasement again.

I originally bought several for an overseas month long trip to help protect us from whatever mattress we had to sleep in and ended up using them in my own home. I purchased the queen size for my mattress and box spring. I have not had any issues bug wise to report. I do have a pet and he has vomited on my mattress once and it did not penetrate it. I have had no discernible gaps in the seams as some people have mentioned. I did buy one for my box spring for my wood framed bed and it was quite loose and so there is some wear and tear where the box spring rubs against the wooden beams and so that will attention and replacement. I purchased one for a family member and he can attest that bed bugs cannot permeate the protector.
