Works great… when there’s no water in the bath!
Complete waste of money, the suction pads keep falling out, or don’t hold it in position. Within minutes this thing is just floating around the tub like a buoy. Not fit for purpose. Also, it’s ugly, and hard to store. Also what I received did not match the picture.

Not quite as expected
This was for my mum. I’m not sure why it’s doesn’t quite work properly for them but she finds that it doesn’t stay in place. I think perhaps some more details of how to get the best from the product might be helpful.

Excellent Product
This works perfectly in our bath. I've seen a number of negative reviews so I think it is a good idea to consider the shape of the bath and the dimensions of the device together with the instructions about the location of the release tabs on the suckers. I also noticed in a Q&A about filling it and turning the right way up - there is no need for this as the water fills from an opening at the bottom and releases air from one at the top. I have no hessitation in recommending it.

Shortening block for bath tub
Good bath shortening block, made of hard plastic, however, suits ONLY bath tub that has its sides walls at 90 degree towards the bottom/floor of the bath tub. Otherwise, only 2 plastic suckers, at the bottom of this block, supposed to hold it in place as the side suckers do not reach the side walls of the bath tub.A bit pricey for what it is but useful if all four suckers can be in use.

Overpriced rubbish
A very expensive block of plastic that does not work unless you have exactly the right shaped bath. Don’t waste your money - despite my batch being squarely shaped the bottom suction cups don’t fit so it just floats to the surface. Unfit for purpose so I’m very disappointed.

Disappointing equipment
The only reason this gets 2 stars is because it does allow me, a very short person, to bath safely, without drowning and there is a thoughtful slightly abrasive surface to the plane of the box that my feet brace against. It is hard moulded bulky plastic, the suction cups fell off first time & are tricky to replace in the slots/holes. The block is hard to store anywhere in the bathroom other than the bath tub & is unsightly.Furthermore, like all disability aids, it is wildly overpriced. At £20 this would have been worth it.
