Another solid HTP unit, I'm not surprised. I thought that charging four 4.0/8.0 batteries at once would take an hour at least, regardless of the claims. I was amazed actually, although it makes me think that METABO will jack-up their prices and ruin a good product value/price ratio.

Charging speed is awesome!!!!so i charged 1 3amp 18v1 dual voltage 36/18v 2.5/5amp1 dual voltage 36/18v 4/8 ampand my Breathing blower for my mask at the same time charged fast and it doubles as a holdinger for ur batteries.it also has outlets on the side plus a USB port.it has different settings u can charge all at once or one at a timeUSB has a toggle buttonbeeps really loud when everything is charged

It charges six batteries and two usb plug ins all at once. It does whine when charging and works well.

I really like having one charger vs 4 separate ones taking 4 plugs and the added space. The fans are running the time which bugs me. Overall, I like the unit

I was tired of having a wall of chargers when on a job site, now I just need one charger that will charge 4 batteries at once or in sequential order. Works on a mix of 18v and 36v batteries at the same time. Plus the inclusion of 2 USB ports and 2 10amp AC ports comes in quite handy. Over the years I've collected numerous Hitachi/Metabo tools, some 18v and some Multivolt, and this charges the batteries for all of them. Highly recommended!

I was starting to buy Metabo tools and I got this charger at super discount, the functionalities are excellent, I think it is unique, it can charge the batteries simultaneously or each. It also has the option of 2 USB ports for phones or another USB connection that you need and above all it has the option of being able to provide power, while connected, it is compact, lightweight and has a handle. Very well done Metabo.
