Okay, so PT was working on my stomach (aliens are invading my stomach...like think massive pressure/tightness right down the middle of my stomach) with cups. I thought I would continue the therapy at home. I read many reviews and decided to go with this brand/company. You need a lotion or oil to make the cups move smoothly...though don't use anything sticky (such as Castor Oil...not a good choice, and no, I didn't try it you'll have a mess on your hands and the cups won't glide smoothly).I have RA and my hands did get painful using the small cup in particular. The larger cup worked better for me as long as I didn't overdo it. Squeezing it to grab the skin was a bit challenging for me - though I made it work. I did get relief from these cups but only for a short period of time - that's at no fault of the cups though.

Love these. I do my legs, every other day. Hugh difference if you only do one leg. One becomes way more mobile, the other is tight. It works.

I ordered these to supplement my weekly acupuncture sessions and they are great! They are very sturdy and are strong enough to suction to hard spots like the bottoms of your feet and tops of your hands, which are the main places I need to use them.

I’m sort of new to cupping, I’ve been reading and watching videos about it for about 2 years, I own 2 other sets (fewer cups) and wanted to add to the collection. This Zen set has everything I needed- 2 large cups and 4 small, I really like that material. The silicone is sturdy, yet you can still squeeze with one hand for good suction. It feels like great quality, from the 2 sets I have, one of them feels cheap, it still works, but it’s feels more like plastic than silicone, which it’s not the case with these. For beginners, once you purchase the cups, you can download a cupping guide from the seller’s website; lots of good tips on it.I mainly use cupping for muscle tension and to relax in general, great sleep after it- I make my own oil mix and massage the area then I tend to place some cups on one side of the back, while massaging/sliding the cup on the other side, then switch.

They were a gift to my wife. She didn't care for them. We only used them once and it didn't help her back pain so she didn't try them again.
