I am very satisfied with this vest. I deliberated for a long while before buying one, looking at all the various different types. I chose this one based on how it was made and the material percentages listed as I have used others in the past that did not impress me. They either gave me a slight rash or was just plain uncomfortable to use. But this one looked promising and I had never used one with a corset like cinching system before. I liked the double layer concept so decided to try it.Unfortunately I didn’t pay too close attention to the sizing because I am a large women. At 6’2 and about 240, I am used to thinking BIG. Rarely do I chose smaller than the largest size for something like this. So I went with the XXX without measuring. I have a long torso as well so I figured even at the largest size, it would probably be a bit small and I would work with it. Imagine my surprise when it arrived and it was slightly too big! If I put it on the smallest cinching, it fits but it’s just a tiny bit lose and I get some movement of the material over my skin.It still works though, I sweated during my workout a lot more than I normally do. I also put it through the paces, working in it during a lot of bending movements, squats, lunges, back kicks, crunches and yoga. Impressed the heck out of me that it didn’t ride or roll up though like I said, the material moved a bit more than I would have liked but that was entirely my own fault. It was also surprisingly comfortable, not stiff like some of the others I have used in the past. Well worth the cost in the end. Get this vest if you are looking for something to help you heat up your core while you work out.

Based on my measurements and dress size I thought i should order a medium even though compared to some other reviews it seemed like i couldve gotten away with a small.I ordered the medium, it fit very comfortably on the first hook while working out and I was able to move to the second hook within a few hours. However, after two days of wear, it wasnt doing much for my figure, just making me sweat.I decided to give that to my sister and ordered a small. I wore the small on the first hook for 16 hours and saw a huge difference in my waist and love handles, and a small difference in how much my stomach poked out. And this lasted 24+ hours. This fits pretty snug so im not sure if ill be able to workout in it until i go down a hook but with these results im not mad about it. [Update] after a few wears on the first hook I am able to work out comfortable without any issue.I sweat the same amount in both sizes. [Update] starting to sweat a lot more than usual!So if you have the time to explore sizes or a friend in need def order the size you think you'd feel comfortable in and then return and reorder if you need to.Only downfall is no zipper. But i think a zipper would take away from its durability. It is just a little claustrophobic getting in and out of it but a small price to pay for major results.[Update] my skin becomes irritated right in the middle of my stomach the length of the trainer after about 4 of wear. This is easily alleviated if i wear something under the trainer, but something to be cautious of because the discomfort can last a while after taking off the trainer.*will post pics in time, i dont wear regularly

So first off this is very long. I guess I have a short torso because this goes all the way to my crotch. It wrinkles too. The straps need to be shortened as they just float there. This would be good for a taller person. I'm only 5ft 2in so it's awkward.I've never had one of these so didn't realize I had to crawl into it since the picture shows that it opens up. It opens but there's a tube part that you have to slide into.It is keeping me nice and toasty and I haven't done any workout with it yet. Smells of new shoes/that rubbery smell... Not sure I like it... Not sure I don't like it.

According to the reviews the product is true to size, but that wasn't the case for me. I ordered a 3xl because my waist-in inches- was between the size displayed , however, when I received the product it was too big. So I gave that one to my husband and ordered a 2xl. My experience with this size is questionable because I thought it was perfect due to the fact that I had to struggle to close it on the first hooks, however, two days later the first hooks was loose so I went to second hooks. I noticed that my stomach was just being covered by the vest instead of being sucked in like I assumed it would. But! Two days on the second hooks and I now am on the third hooks!So maybe the vest IS working and I'll need to order an XL soon. I just didn't like how I look bulky under my clothes and the vest just always felt loose.

I needed to give it some time before writing a review. Wanted to make sure I gave a fair one. So I've been using the Sweat Waist Trainer for a couple weeks now and I can see a significant change in the shape of my waist. What i like most about the vest is that it's like a 2 for 1. I have purchased the "Ultra Moisturizing Hot Cream" for tightening and slimming before I go to the gym and so far I can see a difference. I'm thinking it took about 2-3 weeks to see the change. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and most of the reviewers rated this particular vest the highest and I can see why!!! I'm very pleased with my vest and will purchase another as my waist gets even smaller. I started with the XL and I'm a size 16. I was using the 1st row of hooks when I first started and now I'm using the 3rd row in about 2 weeks. I'm drenched in sweat when I leave the gym. Love It!!!!! Please buy. You WON'T be disappointed.

I did not like this. I wish I could return it. I had to cut the middle.section so it all opens up. It should NOT be a pullover and then close it. It's hard to get on. I am a small but my shoulders and arms have muscle. So I have to buy a medium for shoulders and arms and a small for my waist to pull it over. So I have worn it 4 times in a month. What a waste for a waist trimmerI went back and found and order from 2022 for a waist slimmer that I bought and bought a new one. It worked until I wore it out.
