This is my favorite coconut milk powder, but I think it does have some dairy - it's not clumpy and reconstitutes well - great for backpacking recipes.

Shipped promptly.However, not completely coconut (as I stupidly assumed.) Contains other ingredients, including casein derivative. Celiacs-be careful.It was tasty, though.
