Stopped my cramps
I mix this stuff with water after 9 holes and play another 9. I used to get cramps at night after playing 18 holes in hot weather. Not anymore.

Awful new formula
I had used this product for a few years and loved it (and wrote a glowing review for Amazon). But then they changed the formula - and I hate it now. The taste is awful and sickingly sweet, and when you add the powder to water, a thick foam is created that takes forever to dissolve. I am going back to the Trace brand.
