Perfect for what I need them for.

Bought these for Canna seed scarification. works well but they are very small files.

These files seem well suited to working with plastic (plastic model kits, 3d printed parts, etc.). I wouldn't mind if the files had slightly deeper or more aggresive groove structure as the grooves do tend to pack up a bit with PLA dust on 3d printed parts. If you need something to remove material in a somewhat controlled manner, they can be very useful on small scale projects.

Soooooo they are great for small work, but do not expect these to handle the job proficiently if you’re doing something larger than filing down bits and pieces for 1/10 scale hobby vehicles and or 1/12 scale collectable action figures.

I needed to get into a tight spot between the bottom of my inside front door and the floor threshold. The previous occupant had attempted to fill the space with a soft silicone caulking material that was uneven and blotchy, so I decided to even it out across the bottom of the door and then repaint the lower third.These are little metal files and were of good quality making for a comfortable accessing of the tiny space that I first had to open the door to access, and the ease of installation allowed me to, with accuracy, close the door on the small file as it remained between the door and threshold to file it back and forth until the excess caulk was removed. The look was then even and the lines of bottom of door and threshold accurate.Then I attached a door sweep on the door after painting the lower third. The renovation was now complete and the little files played a crucial role.

Great little file set for the tool box, especially for the cost.
