The hardest part was finding this part available anywhere. Everyone online was sold out of this particular part in this particular size ecept for Khaos Motorsports. The local auto part dealers claim to have never heard of such a part and the local muffler repair wanted to charge $200 to weld a flange onto a pipe.Well for less than $20, it did the job perfectly. The split flange fits over the pipe which you the clamp on both sides. The flange, bolts, lock washers and nuts are all provided. The holes which the bolts fit thru are slighly elongated to accomodate small size difference when mating with the muffler. Very well made and appears to be as stong and durable as a welded flange at a fraction of the cost. Extremely easy to install and theres no welding involved. Just make sure it fits your tailpipe and you can't go wrong with this.

Sometimes the flanges on exhaust pipes go before the pipe itself-- especially if your wife backs into a high curb or something. This was a great way to fix the flange leading into the muffler pipe on a 2008 Honda CR-V. This split flange is excellent quality made out of thick plate steel. It was just a little looser than I wanted it on the 1.75 inch OD exhaust pipe, so I put it in a vice and ground/filed just a bit of material from where one half of the flange mates with the other half. Why would you want to junk your expensive stainless steel OEM exhaust system for one that will rust away just because you need the flange replaced?

This flange is beefy, holes for bolts a little big, used a heavy washer to compensate.

This product work perfectly on my Honda Element exhaust. The flange had rusted off and this flange kit clamped the 1-3/4 inch pipe perfectly! The flange is heavy duty, and well engineered, it's built way better than the Walker brand sold in stored plus it was the right size. The included hardware for the flange was high quality with locking exhaust grade nuts (you'll have to provide hardware for joining the two pipes). It saved me hundreds! Finally a product that stands up and represents everything it was claimed to be plus the company claims made in the USA so win-win! I strongly recommend!

I had an exhaust flange rust partly away, and in the past I have used a different style that didn't fit so well. This one fit the pipe exactly, tightened down nicely, and is not moving at all on the pipe. (It is supported by the weld from the rusted flange.) The metal here was thicker than I thought it would be. It's also nice to support a local company's products. I don't expect this will be a permanent repair, but it is plenty sturdy enough to hold up until we decide to replace the entire exhaust system.

Used 1 for each muffler on my Suburu where they connect to Y pipe. Both flanges had rusted off on each side. Installed new mufflers and saved a lot by not having to replace the Y pipe also. Tightened hard and still holding strong after a few months and no leaks with new exhaust gaskets also. Just make sure you get right size for your pipes.
