I ordered two of these cases on January 12th. It was supposed to arrive between January 16th and 22nd. I never received it. I have sent a message to the sender on January 31st and they have replied kindly. They have sent another one very quick and I have received it today as february 4th. For customer service I give 5 stars. They are kind and quick.For the cases, I give 4 stars. They look good. I like the colors. It shows the color of the phone through the clear polycarbonate which I like a lot.. But the case Itself feels a little bit uncomfortable. Hopefully I get use to it quickly. My wife loves hers too. Mine is the gold one and hers is the silver one.I would definitely recommend this to someone.

I really liked this case but my phone got damp and so I had to remove the case-------- well let's say I had to get a 6'3" 230 guy to remove it. there was no way possible for me to remove this cover. I noticed other folks said the same thing. Sorry- that's why it gets a 3. On to an otter box for me.

This is it! This case is BEAUTIFUL! I think some peoples issues with bubbling was that they didn't take off the protective coating. Now there are stickers on the film so you take it off (which is a little difficult). It matches my phone with the identical color (gold). Buttons are easy to use and did I mention it's beautiful!? Unsure how well it would protect if dropped yet, but it has potential with the dual layers. Buy this case you won't be disappointed!

The case is actually looks really nice, it doesn't make my phone bulky, but I barely got it, so I don't know how it'll do when I drop it but looks exactly like pictures, I would recommend to get it

While this case looks very lovely- it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I put the case on before putting in my SIM card and nearly scratched my phone spending 20 minutes trying to remove it. I would not recommend because at some point you'll need to remove and its not worth the cute case.

I bought this case for my iPhone 6s. It is a little tedious to put on and take off but it still looks great and is worth the money. I've dropped my phone over 3 times in this case and it hasn't chipped or cracked at all! I love it!

Very good quality product.Worth it and I have no regrets choosing this over other cases. I have dropped my phone in different angles/sides and this case has saved me.The bumper is made of sturdy materials that after many accidental drops it only obtained light unnoticeable dent.

Came quickly but as soon as I got it and put it on my phone I wanted to return it. Feels cheap and looks bad on my phone. Also kind of difficult to put on and take off. Cost $6-$12 to return it so now I'm stuck with it. Waste of money.
