Nice radiator, Not plug and play!
This is a massive radiator that appears well constructed with probably endless cooling potential but does not provide plug and play installation. Installed on a 08 Cadillac Escalade which is used to pull a 30ft rv and would get too hot when worked hard in mountains.I had to notch the radiator support to get this in there. Ugly work with a cutoff wheel which gets metal all over your engine bay if not covered. It is also slightly too deep and hits the grill bolts which would eventually poke a hole in the radiator from vibrations. I trimmed those bolts shorter. It also does not mount up flush to radiator support anymore. Needed to use the supplied bushing mounts as spacers. Be careful and check for clearances. You don’t want aluminum rubbing on anything long term.One of the quick disconnects for the trans cooler was a 5/16 instead of 3/8. So I had to run out to the HELP section at a local auto parts store.I’m sure this is going to do what I want, but it took me hours to get this thing in there and I am a very experienced gearhead with endless tools/shop capability.Yet to see how it holds up. If all goes well I would only recommend this if you can custom fit parts and REALLY need the additional cooling.

When you get your radiator immediately check for shipping damages. Shippers are rough on packages!
Radiator works and looks great! Fits very well in my 2009 Chev Silverado 4.8L engine. Only had to make minor adjustments to the radiator mounting brackets. They needed to be trimmed slightly,,too long. I used my Dremel to cut off a little of the aluminum bracket on each side. All hoses hooked right back up to the radiator. Great price!

Needs a little modification to fit
Amazing quality almost perfect fit. 2002 gmc sierra 2500hd 6.0L. Exta coolant will definitely keep my truck running smoothly in the Florida summers. Trimmed upper anchor points and added some rubber stripping to seal the fan shroud to the radiator without any space and to eliminate any rattle.

Great price, works almost to well.
Radiator has all the required fittings for my 2500hd, doesnt leak. Reason for 4 stars is fitment. Had to "modify" my core support by about 1/8" so it would clear. Only had it in for 2 weeks, so cant really speak for how long it will last.Annoying issue that I did not expect, my truck refuses to warm up to operating temperature if it is below 40 degrees. Tried 4 different thermostats, only options left are cardboard or adding second thermostat. Would not hesitate to buy again.

2003 Silverado radiator
Looks great and seems well built. It is a little taller than original and had to modify the upper bracket to make it fit. Brackets needed to be welded on a little more towards the center for it to clear the upper radiator mount on my truck. Should keep my truck cooler this summer.

Great product, looks clean
Everything is perfect just takes a good minute to warmup and had to modify the support bracket by an 1/8 of an inch. Any new buyers please be advised about your snap ring hose clamps, mine were 10 yrs old so I had a leak. Recommend buying new hose clamps by Koehler.

Had to customize, but worked.
No need to cut the top rail to fit. My husband ground down the rubber garments on the bottom and the two mounting brackets on top and it fit perfect. Used 5 washers for spacers each side to mount flush. Would have been 5 stars if didn't have to customize. 2007.5 gmc sierra 1500 6.0l

Great fit n quality
Fit my 2500 HD GMC like a charm, need to measure the width of the radiator. looks like something from a NASCAR race car- quality welds and fittings very nice good looking piece. So far so good on cooling
