Nice tools
This is my first time using both types of tools, but have been impressed so far. The whisk is sturdy enough that it doesn't deflect with even the stiffest doughs, and the handle has a good thickness to maintain a strong grip. In the past, I had used a wooden spoon, but have broken more than one by making tough doughs. The lame is a vast improvement over using a normal knife.

Mixes bread dough like a champ!
I've used the bread whisk a few times now instead of my stand mixer. I make bread products from a soured dough starter. The whisk does a great job combining the flour with the rest of the ingredients for a nice sticky dough. I am not going to put this whisk into the dishwasher though, as the handle will dry out and flake. I really like this so far and want to keep the whisk in good condition.

Does the Job!
The whisk does a great job of Mixing up the dry ingredients and starting up the dough when the liquid is added. It has the added advantage of being circular, which allows it to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to get most of the flour in the mix. It’s a bit of a pain to clean although I haven’t tried soaking it in warmOr hot water to loosen any stuck dough residue

Sturdy tool
The dough whisk is sturdy and works well for mixing the dough. A little difficult to clean after use as the wet dough gets in between the points where the circles meet. The lame is sturdy, but the blades are not sharp.

My new favorite dough whisk.
One thing I love more than reviewing purchases is making bread.I love making hand made bread and I don't like using a stand mixer. I used to use wooden spoons and spatulas to mix dough, but then I found this dough whisk. It's really sturdy and holds up to tough doughs. It doesn't tire out your hand while kneading if you learn how to handle it.I like the wooden handle instead of plastic or metal since it is light as well as strong. The whisk bends, but stays tight throughout the kneading process, so there is no fear of breaking or over bending. It also rolls great when trying to do edge kneading. The dough scorer comes a blade attached and covered with a leather sheath. It also has the same form of wodden handle that is also smooth and no rough edges just like the whisk. The scorer comes with a 5 pack replacement blades.Over all this is my new favorite baking tool.

Very handy.
Really handy for making sourdough and the cutter works safely to slash the top of the harvest loaf. Cleaned up easily.
