I have been taking the product for 2 months 4 masszymes and 2 probiotic with each meal and if the meal has gluten 3 gluten guardian pills. This literally trimmed my waist and got rid of all bloating and intestinal discomfort. I felt more awake and energized during the day and I actually could get away with less sleep. Now after switching to a paleo diet aswell as using this product my astmah went from 3 times a day to maybe 1 time a week if I decided to cheat and eat something off of my diet.End point, my digestion has never been better

Love this combo of enzymes. Bloating after large, carb heavy meals is a thing of the past. Maybe some placebo but I do feel like some muscle gains have come easier since adding this to my regimen.
