Frozen Toy Character Set – Six Detailed Toy Figurines - Little Boys Girls and Toddlers Will Relive the Disney Movie with Olaf Anna Elsa Kristoff Sven and Hans – Imagine Hours of Fun and Games in the Castle of Arendelle

This is not a licensed Disney Frozen character product. This is a knock-off, and a bad one at that. The figurines were poorly painted, Olaf's face looked like it was going to fall off, the packaging was held together with staples, and there were images of characters that were not the Disney characters in the movie. Not at all what I wanted. I'm returning them and getting a refund. Piece of junk.

Not Disney product...I missed that. I should have been more careful but was too excited about price! I also bought other character sets that were Disney and the quality is much better. These will do however and my 3-yr old niece hardly noticed the errors in details. The artwork and verbiage on box is so bad it is comical. I did have to wash the toys a few times to get rid of an overpowering chemical smell.

I am not satisfied with the quality of these figurines. They were poorly made and painted. If it were a Christmas present, I would've been really upset and sent it back. I am only using them for a birthday cake topper, so I am keeping them, but I do not recommend this product for the price. It was more worth the value of $9.99, not $19.99.

Horrible. .package was clearly opened and stapled and taped back together. .figurines look cheap and junky..obviously used..

Like many kids, my children are obsessed with anything related to the movie Frozen. They know all the songs and beg for anything that is even remotely related to the movie! My daughter had some friends that had these Frozen figurines and has been begging for us to get them for her Frozen collection. Every time I looked for them at other stores, they were either too expensive for my budget or they were out of stock. I finally decided that we just needed to get a set of these figurines and that my kids didn't need to have the authentic version to have fun with them.My kids were so excited when they were given these Frozen figurines. My youngest child broke out in "Let it Go" as soon as he saw them As a parent, I was very impressed with how well the products matched the description in the listing. They are definitely not the Frozen figurines from the Disney store but my kids did not notice or care. Olaf's face is a little funny but still pretty realistic to the character in the movie and Elsa is holding a red snowflake instead of a blue one. My oldest did notice the red snowflake but it really has not bothered her since she asked me why it was red. They are the perfect size for role playing and my three kids split them up and then rotate them among themselves. They have held up well to the wear and tear that my kids put them through, have made it on road trips, and are very well loved and worth the price that we paid. One of the figurines even started to get chewed by the dog and is still very much playable! I am glad that I went with a generic version since my kids are just as happy and I don't feel as bad if something were to happen to one of the figurines. I am tempted to get another set and include them in the Christmas stockings!* I have received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Hate returns, but the colored and details on these figures are wrong. The child I was giving this to for Christmas would be VERY disappointed!
