The A5 fits perfectly and the leather is really beautiful. I think it will age beautifully and come to look like the gorgeous distressed leather that is so popular. Awesome notebook. What your really paying for is the leather cover as the note bookinside when finnished or not longer needed can be easily replaced. Really happy with this

Nice journal but returning as was intended as a gift but leather is scuffed, so doesn't look great

Size , look , feel is good . However the journal itself is a little loose due to the left side ( card holder ) only holding the note pad halfway up at this side. Overall a nice " journal cover " as if you remove the basic pad it is simply a leather book cover . The leather is not good quality ( I work with leather myself) but it is whatvto be expected for around this price. I am being quite critical because I know leather but to anyone who want the look and rustic feel this is for you .
