Well worth the money. Picks up everything. Decent sized pan. Can be washed easily. A brilliant buy.

Some of the pieces of the handle were hard to get screwed together. The brush is wide and really works well at gathering the dust etc quickly.

The rubber bristles are so soft they don't catch any dirt or debris. Rubbish just slides through them.The broom head is a few inches longer than the dustpan, they don't fit together. So any detritus caught in the outer inches of the broom doesn't go into the pan.There's a big ridge on the opening of the dustpan. It's so large it stops any dirt being caught in the pan. Dirt is pushed against the ridge, rather than into the pan.Returned for a refund. Thanks Amazon.

I loved this product because it sweeps up dog hairs so easily. No more more chasing stray clumps around the place. This brush traps and holds them. It’s great. I love how the dustpan is heavy and stable enough to stand on its own, without support, leaving both hands free to manoeuvre the brush and contents into position.But I hate that the handle of the brush got wobbly, then snapped, after only 10 months of use. For the price of it, it should have lasted a lot longer. With a half-length shaft, I can still use it, but it is painful on the old back! Here’s hoping I can source a new shaft for it, otherwise it is a let-down.

Dust pan does not sit flat. Broom and pan handle remain loose in fitting. Broom is wobbly and have to only use pushing.

It is easy to clean. However, the middle section of the broomstick was very difficult to connect to the other parts. Apparently a manufacturing error. The product is ok but the quality is lower than I expected. So I think the price is too high. I can't recommend it nor don't recommend it as I've only used it once. But it is very unusual to work with it.Update: After writing the above, I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Reason An employee contacted me immediately. I was sent a new broomstick. One that you can pull out other than the 4-part broomstick and adjust it with higher quality. This is a lot better and more flexible in size and adjustable. Many thanks to nice customer service.

At first it felt a bit strange as the brush is quite a bit wider than the dustpan but iv got used to it now! The dust pan itself is very sturdy as you can just brush any bits and bobs up off the floor with out having to hold it steady just leave it were it is and brush the dust and stuff straight into it, easy to empty as well. so far all good not the cheapest though but maybe it will last a long time so then would be worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. I quite like both products. The dustpan is a bit heavy and the broom is a bit wider than I expected, but everything else is ok. It's effective and easy to use and perfect to grab dirt and dust. The price could also be a bit cheaper.

Très surpris du petit balais qui était supposé être mon balais avec brosse... Mais au fait il l'assembler, je l'ai tout de suite mis à l'épreuve (depuis ce matin je guettait l'arrivée du livreur).Super balais, prend bien les poils. Je crois que je vais rivaliser avec l'aspirateur de madame!

Ho preso questo set da tenere sul balcone. A differenza della plastica dura non si deteriora con gli sbalzi di temperatura. Mi trovo bene anche nell utilizzo.

Zonde van mijn geld, helaas. Ten eerste is de bezem te lang voor bij het blik, dit is op te lossen door een stuk eruit te laten. Helaas kun je het niet aan elkaar vast zetten, dit is lastig. Ook veegt de veger niet fijn, voelt lossing en het neemt zeker niet alles mee. Het blik is wiebelig en niet plat genoeg waardoor je er nog veel onder veegt ipv erop. Ik heb spijt van deze dure set…
