It's awesome! Will have to figure out how to add ROMs to the Dell computer inside. The joystick ball falls off like all the old style arcade games so an easy fix is plumber's tape on the threads. That's how we fixed them in the arcades too. Volume control is easy to access by taking off the back panel. (Arcade games were the same way.) It's a big hit in my home and try Moon Alien 2 as it's the most popular here. Love that game. So overall I just need to find out how to access the usb port to add more roms.

The product is fantastic, exactly as described. Doc & Pies were also great to deal with. I asked quite a few questions, they were all answered promptly. There is no doubt that they will stand behind their product.

Having bought this cabinet, I regret to report that the cons outweight the pros.Pros:* Cabinet itself is nice.* The interface and games work well.Cons:* Cabinet is decorated with stick-on decals that look as if they were printed on a home inkjet printer with cheap ink, then cut out with scissors and slapped on the cabinet. Decals arrived faded compared to the vibrant paint on the cabinet itself, and continued to visibly fade over a period of weeks. Also, on the interface panel, decal lettering actually cuts off underneath the buttons and joystick controls - just shoddy planning and sloppy design.* Monitor arrived with a set of blown out pixels that distracted from the games.* Joystick ball comes unscrewed constantly if not secured with plumber's tape.* Bezel around monitor has a spray-painted border that was painted on crooked, again detracting from the aesthetic quality of the package.To Doc and Pies credit, they were responsive to my complaints, but the only issues they were willing to address were the blown out pixels in the monitor and the poorly painted bezel with the crooked border. They promptly sent me a replacement monitor and bezel, however, I had to take the cabinet apart and install, connect, and adjust the alignment of the new monitor and bezel, which would not be an easy task for someone less electronically or mechanically inclined; it was a rather lengthy and involved task which required some potentially dangerous guesswork on my part.All in all, I would not buy this product again, especially considering its price has increased by $200.00 since my purchase. While the build and aesthetic quality of the cabinet itself is nice, the poorly cut, faded, and slapped on decals make it look like a half-hearted, sloppily executed do-it-yourself project. That's regrettable, because Doc and Pies got the important stuff right, then decided to scrimp on the (quite necessary and inexpensive) finishing details.When they responded to my complaints that they would only address the monitor and bezel issues, I informed them I would be leaving an honest review on Amazon. They requested that I mention their customer service, so yes, they did provide prompt customer service, but it wasn't to my satisfaction; the machine still looks like something worth considerably less than what I paid for it, and I most definitely would not recommend anyone spending a grand on this product.

I grew up in the 80's during the advent of video games. We had pong, Atari, rode our bmx bikes to the arcade if we were lucky enough to have a few dollars. I have been a Amazon customer for years. Spent a bunch of money. This is simply the best I purchased in 15 years!!!! It's just like a time machine. The games are identical!!! Amazing controller and action / firing buttons responses. WOW. It is amazing. I had this saved in my cart for 3 years, finally "put the quarter in". This has taken me back to some incredibly fond memories that were stemmed from playing these games. A side note. AWESOME CUSTOMER SUPPORT if needed.Get the one wih 412 games. I think it's $50 more for over 350 more games.A huge thank you to Doc and Pies for the trips down memory lane.

We love our new video game! We bought this for your son after visiting a few Airbnbs with similar games and found this one. We love that unlike the ones we used on our COVID get aways, there were LOTS of games on here. The games are great and just like the grown ups remember. My 4 yr old likes to explore the other games and even shows my husband and I new ones.There is a wide variation in the volume of certain games (it is set to med when shipped) you can change it but have to take the game apart to do so and then other games will maybe be too quiet. We just taped some foam and cardboard over the speaker and it helps. There are also games missing from the list (from my research on-line they are the more R rated games as all games with the 412 games are the same and it matched what is missing from ours). I think there may be a setting to add those in, but we haven't worried about it with small kids.The cabinet looks nice and just as pictured. We are all happy with our purchase and it has been played nearly daily since Christmas by the whole family!

Shipping was fast, item was packaged well, the product itself is built very well and each and every game is exactly how I remember as teen playing in the arcades, pizza parlors and laundromats back in the 80’s. I love the fact that the graphics and sounds are just as I remember from the 80's! Wide variety of games, great looking cabinet and not to mention, service was phenomenal!

Former employee giving you all the juice.Company buys cheap inventory wood is press board. If your machine is messed up black sharpie fixes most of it and the decals get paint when messed up. Look closer at your arcade it's not what you signed up for trust me. Better to go with a second party. Doc doesnt care as long as he gets your money.monitors are old used computer screens that come in by the loads that barely work and if they do you don't have long with them.
