Wouldn't send or receive picture messages & stopped working altogether about 4-6 weeks after purchase. Very disappointed.

phone not working properly
My phone came without an earpiece and it's making a weird sound (a rattling inside) when I try to use the camera. The camera quality is oddly dull. I am disappointed and I feel robbed as if the seller knew they were going to send me a mediocre product even though it was listed to be in excellent condition.
