Size:3mm Shule introduces the heart of Italy with freshly made pasta in your own home. The pasta machine is made from high quality aluminum rollers and cutters with stainless steel 430 covers. It comes with a stainless steel hand crank with plastic handle to let the pasta roll and turn it into different types of pasta. It also has an adjustable clamp to secure the pasta maker in place. To make the pasta, prepare the dough and flatten it out, the pasta maker have 7 different thickness options for the pasta dough ranging from 0.5mm to 3mm. The pasta attachment has built-in pasta cutters and could easily make delicious and organic spaghetti and/or fettuccine.

Dough suck on the cutter
I got this attachment for my pasta cutter, which is different brand, it fit perfectly well. I tried it today, and very dissapointed, the dough stuck in the cutter, I dusted with somr flour, it didi not help. I used my other attachment with the same exact dough. It came out fine. No problem. So, I dont understand why this pasta cutter does not work.

Very poor quality!!!
Tried to cut linguine since it was supposed to be a linguine cutter. Very poor quality, tried many times. Dough would always pull to the left side and stick in the rolling cutter and plug the cutter. I tried dough that was dry, sticky, floured, you name it. Would not work. I threw attachment in trash can and ordered a Marcato linguine attachment that was perfectly. Do not waist your money on the Shule it is junk.

Made Ramen noodles!
Just made Ramen/yakisoba noodle. This attachment fit perfectly to the Shule Pasta Maker that I just bought a month ago. Since this was my first time so I experimented different width. (I made some wavy by squeezing after cutting) It’s a bit “wide” for Ramen but I still like this. If u really want “Ramen” size, u might want to get smaller cutter. Check the mm of each cutter attachment.I’m gonna try other side for lasagna soon! 😉
