Excellent product for money
Well firstly I ordered these scales in order to establish a reasonably accurate weight of some jewellery we are considering selling.I looked at the Amazon site for a set of scales that had good reviews and as importantly was sensibly priced. Firstly the price of this scale varied from the low low priced offered by this seller to as much as £12.95 plus a dollop of postage from another seller and various prices in between.Based on the 38 reviews from the seller through who I decided to buy I was satisfied that the product would do what I wanted at a good price.I ordered around 1 pm Friday and within 2 hours had confirmation that my scales had been dispatched, following morning around 9.15 am postman arrives and delivers my scales, brilliant service by this seller many many thanks.Next step would they do what I was hoping, well all I can say is yes they met my requirements 100%, supplied ready to use complete with 2 batteries which you need to remove from retaining chamber (under the cover) and install, you then zero scale set to oz or grams and its that easy. If you cant work out how to use a simple guide is under the protective lid that safeguards the scales when not in use. Are they accurate, yes as good as you'll get unless you want to spend a few hundred quid plus on a jewellers calibrated scale. For the average home user they are perfect and ensure that the gold buyers wont rip you off as a clear display allows you to take a digital photo of your item/s on the scale and easily see the readout so no arguments. As for me I am just about to send my scrap gold off and will await a cheque fro £1162.00 as opposed to the £971.00 I anticipated trying to use Wife's little kitchen scales. These have paid for themselves 10 fold and I am delighted with accuracy, quality, ease of use and just everything about this great little pocket scale. Brilliant item and fantastic service from 5Star Sales. Many thanks.

Works but not for extremely accurate measuring!
I bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it quite a bit since.Aside from the scales being totally different to the pictured one, they are of a similar build and price range so I don't care...plus it says in the description which scales will be sent out.The thing with these scales is this: Sometimes you drop a bud (I weigh flower heads for a specialist firm) on the scales and it might state: 3.5gm and then you lift it off and place it down again and this time it could well read: 3.6gm or 3.4 gm but usually, it is OVER if it changes. so it seems to default to being slightly over by 0.1. what I think is actually going on is that there is a slight problem, obviously, with it';s accuracy but it isn't bad and should not put you off! It seems it is merely unable to work out to go to the next 0.1mg UP the way, or down to the next nearest 0.1mg when the weight of your item is somewhere in between the two. These scales are good. For the price they are AMAZING.If you need high high accuracy then get some that measure an extra decimal point then you will see exactly if it is 3.5, 3.6, or 3.4.Hope this helps someone!

Stop Looking Around.
Stop looking around and just buy these scales if you want what is described by the seller. I got the MYCO 600 scales and after putting the batteries in they worked straight away, and as precise as I could of wished for. Now if I was one of these people who had a really expensive hobby or my job depended on super duper accuracy then I would be worried. I would be worried about how intelligent I actually was, for the price of these scales they are not going to weigh what some people are expecting. If you live in the real world then these are great, if you live in the world where you put bicycle tyres on sports cars then these are not for you, save up your pocket money and get some from NASA.I have used them to weigh my diet supplements and that was fine, I also weighed some jewelery and the insurance company commented that to the nearest 0.1g is OK.The question I would like to know the answer to is should I put a spare set of batteries in the spare battery slots or will they be flat when I need them??

Neat little scale
It's a neat little scale and works well so far. I like it that you can add in the tare. It is perfect for calorie counting if you ar a weight watcher, as you can calculate one portion of pretty well anything in grams. The only thing I found a bit strange was that the blurb said it ran on two AAA batteries. It came with two batteries in it and I was surprised to find that there were two more slots. It didn't work till I put two more batteries in it as it was clearly designed to take four. But why supply half the batteries and say it runs on just two when it actually requires four?

Mz-600
What you get is a Myco Mz-600 or as was my case the MZ-100 (item was then replaced with MZ-600 at seller's expenses). Anyway, the MZ-600 which I received was badly calibrated (off by .2 to .4 grams), fortunately I was able to calibrate this by measuring out 500g in salt on the Mz-100 which seemed to be properly calibrated (I had to obsessively measure several lots of salt grains to make up exactly the 500g required for the calibration. The Mz-100 measures only 100g max!). As I now have 2 scales I can say that I prefer the MZ-100 as it measures down to .01g while the Mz-600 stops at .1g; however both items look and feel very cheap! These scales work, they were inexpensive and seller was very helpful; so, I recommend both models. If you wanted a professional product, look elsewhere.

Great for the price!
I assume it will be a big help when it comes to buying or splitting *jewellery to ensure that everyone walks away with the amount of *jewellery they have exchanged capital for. I have only tested it and weighed a usb stick. It has given a weight of which I would estimate somewhere correctly and I believe the scales will therefore be sufficient for the weighing of *jewellery.*or whatever ;)

Actually a Myco MZ-600 but not bad
Actually received the scales in the picture not the title of the sale a set of MYCO MZ-600.Not a bed set of scales, feel a little flimsy and its a shame they don't come with any sort of integral bowl, but they are spot on with my calibration weights repeatedly and refresh nice and quickly too.Pretty good for the price but you do get what you pay for.
