Kidwise was a great company to work with. When I thought I was going to cancel the order over price I realized it was a mistake and I glad I did. The people you talk to on the phone are very helpful and pleasant. I was able to call and order additional add on's without any problems. I will be back to buy more play systems . My photos are after about 10 hours of work and almost done.

The instructions are extremely vague. There is no packing list of what box contains what item. I had to go to a hardware store to buy missing hardware. The playset is looks great once it is put together but it takes more time figuring out how it is put together than the actual construction time. This is not the sellers fault it is more the manufactures lack of thinking about the construction by people not familiar with the product before hand.
