I light to lift heavy weights 1-2 times a week and like to give support to my legs and ankle. This thing perfectly fits the bill. It also helps me during my leg days at the gym. This way I can make sure that i don't injure my legs. Also sometimes when the legs hurt due to heavy walking or running, it helps me keep pressure to my ankle and legs hence avoiding any serious damages. Like the product.

The brace is very comfortable but probably wouldn't have substantial support when ankle is first injured. It's best when it's healing but when you just need a little extra support. It's thin enough around the foot for shoes to fit. Definitely a good buy.

Fits well, does not come loose, good bargin. Velcro is very strong, can be difficult to remove, need strong fingers.

They worked okay not the most comfortable on the bottom of your feet. Very disappointed just after a few months started ripping at the velcro.

Offers light ankle support and is fine for same. Arthritic or damaged ankles need strong support which these do not offer.

I need to return this item because of the design, I cannot get my foot into them and it would cause me intense pain. The picture shown does not show the design of the product. I thought it was a wraparound.

Better than I expected, I had surgery on my ankle broke it twice in same week after recovering I felt like I need support after cask was removed and these worked great
