These are relatively poor lighting clamps. The bottom bolt is so tight it took various wrenches to remove, only to find they are screwed in place, meaning you can’t slide the bolt through into the clamp when it’s attached to the underside of a fixture like with most other clamps. The fixtures I have won’t allow a wing nut to rotate in it, so I have had to drill out the thread! The top section of the clamp also doesn’t have a bolt long enough to close the entire gap, so whilst in most circumstances this would be okay, slimmer rigs won’t grip using this.
