Get ready to start your dream garden with these simple, yet exotic looking bumblebee cherry tomatoes. When ripe, they appear a gorgeous yellow and purple color. They are great for gardeners of any skill level. They are not more difficult to grow than regular red cherry tomatoes. 1.Plant the heirloom tomato seeds in seedling trays. Plant them one fourth inch deep in a sterile soil mix six weeks before the last frost in your area. Place the seedling trays on a heat mat designed for plants. 2.Water the seeds daily to keep the soil moist. Once the tomato seeds germinate, remove them from the heating pad and place them approximately 2 inches under fluorescent lights. 3.Select a well-drained and sunny location in your garden. Combine an equal amount of compost and soil, and place it 2 inches on top of the soil with a rake. Plant the heirloom seedlings outdoors once the soil temperature reaches above 50 degrees F. 4.Plant the seedlings 15 inches apart. Keep the seedlings in rows 3 feet apart from each other. 5.Water the tomato plants to keep the soil moist. Insert a half inch dowel 3 inches from each plant to support the tomatoes when they grow tall enough. 6.Once the tomato plant appears heavy, tie it to the dowel rod with a strong twine. Add black plastic mulch around the base of the tomatoes. This will help to retain moisture and to keep diseased spores away from the plants.

The tomato seeds I received grew quite well but they are clearly not small bumble bee heirloom tomato seeds. They are common ordinary red tomato seeds. I planted 10 varieties of cherry tomatoes and this is the only one I received that was not what it said is was once grown. That is pretty good odds considering this is mail order gardening but I am disappointed in Darion's World's lack of honesty. I love being able to order through Amazon it makes many things available to me that I can't get at local stores. I am currently enjoying my tomatos and will likely order more next year just not from Darion's World.Thank You

Not real
Grew large and tall made regular tomatoes. Changing my review from 5 stars to one... shame shame. Scammers.

Tomatoe SCAM!
I spent 7 months carefully raising these from seed to plant thinking I was getting an heirloom bumblebee tomatoe. After all that time, worry, and energy the tomatoes ripened this week and we’re regular, bland, red tomatoes. I see that multiple people have the same issue yet this seller keeps peddling this garbage. Not cool.

I'll shop elsewhere next time.
Only one of the seeds germinated, and it was most certainly NOT a bumblebee heirloom tomato. Just a salad bar red cherry tomato.
