Nice music and relaxing while writing, painting, drawing even cooking. Wish it had a little bit more of a Chinese flair for Tai Chi practice.

Wether you are doing Tai Chi or relaxing, these songs are very soothing and put everyone in a good, peaceful mood. I love this CD. Have purchased it many times. Another CD that is great is Illumanation: Peaceful Gregorian Chants by Dan Gibson (Solitudes). Enjoy!

I was thrilled to find this CD. My boyfriend has had the tape from the time he was little, but it was starting to wear out. He was really shocked and happy I found a cd version of it for him.

This cd of Tai Chi music is very good and excellent for doing tai chi. Very peaceful and would recommend it to anyone even if you dont do tai chi. Could use it for meditation as well.

My favorite Tai Chi album-- relaxing but not dull, it helps my routine. Also works well for meditation.

My Sifu uses this music for the warm up Bau Ga and I LOVE it, so much so that I bought a copy for myself.
