I've tried several popular whitening toothpaste and products. Opalescence is rhe best i have found. i have smoked for 45 yrs and never used a whitening product until a few yrs ago. Crest whitening strips got me started, but to maintain the level of white this product worked far better than any other out there. i love the mild minty taste. i would recommend this product over any OTC whitening products. also in just a few days i noticed a big difference in how white my teeth were getting, in a couple weeks . WOW.

My dentist told me that ANY whitening toothpaste like this should NOT be used any more than 3 times a week. I do this M - W - F. In this way he says it does NOT weaken the enamel.

I'm fond of both coffee and red wine and have tried many whitening toothpastes. This is the only one I've used that actually visibly whitened my teeth. It costs more than the ubiquitous national brands, but it delivers what it promises.

Because the stores near me don't carry this toothpaste (tp), once every couple of months I order online a tube of Opalescence Original Cool Mint Whitening TP. Great flavor, good value, great breath, whitens as good as the rest of em. Flavor for sure makes this my #1 TP!

Loooove this toothpaste! My teeth are so white! Took a couple weeks of using it to see results! Won’t ever buy a different toothpaste, even better that it has fluoride in it!

Best toothpaste I've found for maintaining whiteness since I bleach every few months. Recommended and sold by dentists, this is the real product at a much better price than found at dentists' offices. Pleasant taste.

As a smoker and tea-drinker, I had recently noticed a worsening in the quality of my teeth. I have heard of dental nurses and dentists recommending it which is what made me buy it. Professionals know what they are taking about.Within 2 days of use I have noticed a much more positive difference. My teeth have a whiter and brighter shine. My friends and family also noticed the difference after about a week. At first the mintiness is a bit overwhelming but I soon began to enjoy it. Made me look forward to brushing my teeth a lot more.The only drawback is that it is not made clear whether this is to be used to complement regular toothpaste brushing or as a substitute. Ich bin Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte und im Bereich der Prophylaxe tätig. Viele meiner Patienten fragen häufig nach Zahnaufhellungspasten für den Hausgebrauch. Viele Pasten halten trotz toller Werbung ihre Versprechen einfach nicht.Durch eine Fortbildung bin ich irgendwann auf Opalescence gestoßen, habe die Creme zu Hause getestet und war vom Ergebnis total begeistert. Vom Geruch der Paste war ich zunächst abgeschreckt. Schmeckt so wie sie riecht, aber das Ergebnis zählt und Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich verschieden.Ich empfehle diese Paste sehr gerne weiter, denn mein eigenes Testergebnis hat mich überzeugt. Dennoch rate ich dazu, die Paste maximal nur einmal täglich zu benutzen, die Zähne können durch regelmäßigen Gebrauch kälteempfindlich werden. Aus dem Grund besser im Wechsel mit einer Herkömmlichen Zahncreme nutzen.

Can't believe how good this stuff is. I smoke about between 10/20 a day and have about 5/10 coffees a day amongst mountains of chocolate so my teeth are always discoloured. I've tried most whitening toothpastes and charcoal bit never got far. I've only used this stuff for 2 weeks and most of my stains have disappeared and now moved to not bright white but close. That's massive as my teeth were turning the yellow way. Would highly recommend to anyone with a diet like mine but don't want to look like a junkie 😂😂

Whatever reviewers say, it seems the most that any 'whitening' toothpastes can do is remove discolouration so that your teeth are the best natural colour they can be. With this in mind, I bought Opalescence Whitening Toothpaste as it seemed like a reasonable (if expensive) way to gently achieve this. Whether it is or not will remain a mystery to me as the truly vile taste of the stuff meant I had to give up after a few brushes. If you've ever used Germoline, or are familiar with the smell of Dettol, and have wondered what it would be like to accidentally end up with some in your mouth, then this is an excellent way to find out. The taste haunted me for days. As this product is 'not eligible for return', you're stuck with the repugnant stuff once you've handed over your money. Anyone curious to replicate the experience of using it can easily do so by slooshing with TCP then throwing a tenner in the bin. Best avoided, I'd say.

My odontologist advised what are the differences between original and counterfeit product. One of the quick tells is the packaging. In Opalescence webpage as well as in the picture in Amazon it says Original Cool Mint, however the fake product says Cool Mint with Fluoride. Not to mention ingredients list being in different order suggesting different concentrations in product. Also this packaging looks tacky. Anyway, I’m not going to risk it as who knows what RDA is of the fake one. I’m returning this to Amazon and will find another place to buy original product which is my long time love.
