The Volumetrics Cookbook for Jenny Craig Recipes for Satisfaction and Success

This will be very valuable for me since I'm on Jenny Craig. I could cook great meals for hubby and me and help him lose weight. I like that I don't have to pay a more higher price if I purchased it at the Jenny Craig Centre, Amazon has good prices too!!

The Volumetric Cookbook for Jenny Craig is just that, a cookbook.It was written in 2005 for Jenny Craig by a Volumetric expert, Barbara Rolls, PhD. It has some Jenny Craig information at the beginning and then the rest of the book is made up of healthy recipes for those of us who want to lose weight. You do not have to belong to Jenny Craig to use this book.

So I made a HUGE mistake and spent $55.00 on this book from the seller booksforgoodwillgetjobs. If you read the description for this product, you know there is no real description on what exactly you are getting. I love the Barbara J Rolls book this was supposed to be based on and was hoping to get more recipes like hers. Well this Jenny Craig Volumetrics Cookbook is an exact, yes exact, duplicate of:Volumetrics Eating Plan: Techniques and Recipes for Feeling Full on Fewer Calories (Paperback) by Barbara J. Rolls.Pictures, recipes - everything. You actually get more value and information from the Volumetrics Eating Plan. So save your money and buy the original Volumetrics Eating Plan for 10-20 dollars instead of spending 2 - 10 times more for no reason.And beware of booksforgoodwillgetjobs - they provided very poor customer service when I approached them to do a return. I will be careful not to use them again. I can understand if you purchase something in their store and know and see what you are getting that they would be reluctant to allow a return, but being in the online marketplace and providing no detail about the product they are selling, they need to develop better policies and better customer service.

I really enjoy referring to this book. Ingredients make the recipes tasty & interesting! Don't be afraid to get this one!

Using volumetrics approach for weight loss. This cookbook gives recipes , shopping lists, nutrion info, and what to keep in your pantry. This book arrived in a couple days. Great tool for weight loss!

Has the kind of recipes I was looking for.

Great book, unfortuanately I unfortunately I have lost it, but it was dlivered before date indcated and is in the comdition as advertised.. Hope I find it.
