Cheapest junk roll cart ever
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Cheap flimsy metal, cheap hardware and tiny castors. Paint was coming off the product while I put it together also. My hands were covered red when finished. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Assembly instructions not provided
Cart is Smaller than expected - why did they not add a guide of how to assemble in box? No support phone ni ber provided. Took longer to assemble which made it more frustrating

Dissapointed
This is not a heavy duty tool cart IMO. Casters are 2" plastic and supports for handle is very thin sheet metal. Add to this the plastic bag the nuts and bolts comes in is very thin. Mine were all over the place because the bag broke and finally I thought shipment was slow. Ordered on 9/11/2018 received 9/17/2018.

Overall good
Easy to assemble. Blue color can be scratched off.

Works as expected but packaging was not great
My cart was delivered in previously opened packaging. There were no directions nor paperwork in the box. The parts had a few dings on them, but that does not affect the function of the cart. Overall I like the cart.

Inaccurtate description!
For 60 bucks I didn't expect much. And that's exactly what I got! The description of the cart says it comes with 4 inch swivel casters. It's a stretch to say they're even two and a half inches!

DO NOT BUY
As mentioned in other reviews, these are by no means 'Heavy Duty.' They are made of thin metal and look as if they would collapse under any weight. I submitted for a return authorization for the three carts purchased (still in the boxes) and I was offered $35 and the suggestion that I give them to my friends and neighbors. REALLY?

Poor quality overall
Poor quality overall. I had to replace the caster right away. The sheet metal handle bends when pushing the cart. I would purchase another product. Definitely not worth the money.
