Our bar version is made with only 5 whole food ingredients but tastes just like a lamington. And we mean, just like a lamington. Too many food companies think that near enough is good enough, a snack food bar is a snack food bar, they create a generic base and add flavors to it. We don't think this is even close to good enough. We start with a collection of beautiful ingredients that your body wants to eat and combine them into a bar for your convenience. We carry this approach across all of our products because we respect our food, we respect our customers, and we will only ever create food that we know the world needs to eat. We only ever use whole food ingredients and our bars and bites never contain gluten, soy, dairy, preservatives, added sugars, colours, stabilisers, flavours, or anything artificial. Our Paleo Bars are baked to a very low internal temperature of 167F. This is simply to remove all water content in order to extend the expiry date CHEW WITH CARE. While all care has been taken some date pits and date pit fragments may remain. Due to seasonal variances of the natural ingredients used, texture and taste may vary slightly throughout the year. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
