Q: I want to direct the air to a particular location. Will this fan work for that, or is it more diffuse, multi-directional?

I have it directed at myself on my side of the bed and about 8 feet away and it is very powerful and most of the air is directed at me and not multi-directional. Small, light and powerful.

Q: Would this fan be considered a "mid" size or "full" size?

I am not sure of the actual dimensions, but it is a relatively large size box.

Q: Does this release cold air? I live in a small college dorm and it tends to get very hot sometimes, especially when the suns shines directly in.
