Quality!
Great paper, shadows but doesn’t bleed through with my fountain pens! This is a very versatile planner/journal.

This book is high quality. I've been using it for about 5 months and it's working great.

Great for Memory Keeping
This is the second book of this type that I've gotten for my husband to keep whatever memories he wants. He has chosen to use them for garden and beekeeping memories.I have also gotten one of these for me to keep for my daughter. Most of the time I forget to write in it and feel badly. But I tend to use my camera roll on my phone to jog by memory of at least one thing that has happened on a day.Several years ago I gifted this book to a co-worker as he was moving on to other opportunities. He shared with me that he used it for capturing the growth of the new company he started. This product is ideal for anyone who finds they don't have time for extensive journaling but does want to keep something.Since I purchased four of these, I would say this is a fantastic book also as gifts. I've always felt the cost of the book was worth the experienceLike all Leuchtturm products, the covers have great colors, the pages are thick (on this particular book), bleed through is non-existent, the printing is clear. Adding a pen loop is helpful, so you aren't hunting around for a writing utensil when you wish to make a note.

Finishing One, Getting Another! Seriously, Go For It—You Won’t Regret It!
A good friend recommended this journal to me, and at first, I wasn’t sure—mainly because, let’s be real, it’s not exactly cheap. But now, five years later, I’m so glad I went for it.This journal is amazing. The quality is top-notch: it opens flat, the pages are thin but super durable, and writing on them feels so smooth. Whether I’m using a gel pen or a fountain pen, there’s no bleeding, which makes it even better. It’s honestly so satisfying to write in that I’ve found myself wanting to use it almost every day (okay, I skipped a few days, but you get the idea). After five years, the journal still looks great. The binding is holding up perfectly, and the pages are all secure. I’m pretty sure it’s going to last on my bookshelf for many more years as a little time capsule of my memories. My next journal is already on the way, and I’m so excited to start filling it with the next five years of my life!

Awesome Journal
Love this journal. Planning on using it as a yearly prayer journal to be able to look back and see the ways that God has moved and answered prayers in my life. There is plenty of space on each day. The paper is a little on the thin side like other reviewers have said. I chose to use pencil as pens would bleed onto the other side of the paper. If that doesn't bother you then this journal is durable and high quality and is a great addition to my collection.

Leuchtturm is Top Notch
These notebooks are top-notch, so it follows that their special journal "Some Lines a Day" -- a 5-year journal/diary is also good quality.Well-made with smooth paper that is a pleasure to write on -- sewn bindings; ribbons, etc.It may seem like there is not much space per "year;" however, after several days of starting this one, I have to say I have had enough room to write just what is promised -- "some lines a day." My handwriting is not exceptionally tiny, either.Recommended!

Great Journal
I have been using this journal since 2021 and it still looks great! The cover and the binding are holding up well. The pages are a light ivory color which is pleasing to the eye and each section is about 1 7/8". It is small enough (A5) that I can keep on my desk, so I don't forget to use it.I use this to record the temperature and weather, significant news events, a memory from the day like weddings, births, funerals, home projects we are working on, a quote, or just a synopsis of the day. The spacing allows for me to write 3-5 sentences to summarize or capture the day. I tape concert tickets, souvenir stickers from places we traveled, or pictures to the inside covers and beginning pages. The gusseted pocket in the back is also great to hold cards or keepsakes. It is neat to go back and look at what was happening on that same day in a different year. I alternate between blue and black ink each year to help see the distinction between the years.I don't have any kids, but it would be great to capture events of children growing up - funny moments or significant milestones.I will definitely buy another one when I finish this one in 2025!

February missing and dates out of order
The months go from January to March, February is missing. From March it goes to April but after April 3, it goes back to March 3rd and repeats all of March. I bought this in July of last year so I have six plus months of dairy entries in the later half of the notebook. I've been using these notebooks for at least a decade but I won't buy another one. So frustrating.
