This product is seriously amazing! I occasionally go through bouts of mild anxiety and it really messes with my sleep! (I never have sleep issues, so I get super frustrated when it happens!) My anxiety is very mild and not something I need a prescription for. However, I need Serene to take the edge off! During my most recent bout, I started back on Serene. I slept through the night the first day I took it! I love this stuff and come back to it every time I get stressed because it really does help balance everything out! I've used it off and on for the past 4 years and it is seriously my miracle supplement! Love it!!

We used to take these the night before a stressful day of travel, back when travel was a thing. But we've found it to be very effective at helping us get a deeper, more continuous sleep when we're having a hard time sleeping due to any kind of stress. Can't recommend it enough.

We’ve used these for a long time for head-injured person in the family. Over time they help. Recently the product has come to us with sealed container but some of the capsules have come loose, and the powder drifts, and ultimately ends up at the bottom of the container.
