I had a 10+ year old Whirlpool under counter ice maker that finally failed. These Whirlpool machines are going for $2400 now which I couldn't stomach to spend on ice, so I figured I would give this machine a try for a quarter of the price. It makes a lot of ice very quickly and it's fairly quiet. It is a bit wider than the Whirlpool machine, so I had to shave down my cabinetry trim a bit to get it to fit into the space, and it uses a different style water line so I had to purchase an adapter to work with my existing plumbing - just some things to be mindful of if replacing a Whirlpool/Kenmore machine with this one. Overall I am impressed with this machine. I also like the fact that you can adjust the ice thickness and set timers, the Whirlpool machines do not have any of these features. I did have an issue with the ice storage bin arriving damaged from shipping (crack in the bottom), but Euhomy customer service was top notch and went above and beyond taking care of it for me.

Easy to install and makes ice quickly!

Would not recommend this brand. My ice maker broke after 1.5 yrs of occasional use. Trying to get in contact with CS to see if parts are available.Edit: Parts were not available, and the product was out of warranty, but CS has offered either a 15% discount on a new one, or $20 refund. Because of this, I have edited the review to 4 stars since the CS team has gone above and beyond to try take it right when they didn't have to.Parts were jot available and product was out of warranty. CS did offer a discount on a new one or a gift card to shop around. Great customer service.

I am not sure why I waited so long to purchase an icemaker. Finally made the decision and after reading several reviews on different sites we selected this one. We love it!! It was a simple setup and is easy to use! My favorite feature is the selection of small or large ice cubes. They come out an excellent size and its nice to have fresh ice for drinks versus old ice that sits in your freezer open. Especially if you have well water like us! We put the ice into ziploc bags to keep it fresh and also put a small freezer pack in the machine when we are making ice so we don't have to empty it several times when making batches. If you are buying bags of ice at the grocery store, then I would advise getting this machine. It will pay for itself and if you are like me I have also paid for bags of ice, then walked off and forgot them at the store!

The ice tub was delivered with a cracked and so was the drain pump. Such a waste of money.

I love having an ice maker! I have more room in my fridge, I don’t have to worry about getting home form the store and then realizing I forgot the ice. It take about 13 mins to make ice but the ice is not made at its best until an hour into it. I normally set a timer for an hour then dump all the ice it made back into the water Reserve. I have a family of 4 and we love ice we snack on it like it’s a treat and we put it in all of our drinks. My dad puts it in his water and he will snack on the cubes during a game. Having an ice maker for us is a nice accessory. Not sure how it’s affecting the Pg&e yet but I turn it on every other morning and shut it off around noon. I think we need a bigger one but this one is great for now.

When I first saw this ice maker, I read all the details because I thought it would be a great addition to our RV. In spite of having a nice refrigerator, we always take a cooler to keep drinks and ice handy. The problem is ice melts, right? Well this little gem will make all the ice you need for drinks and to keep drink cold. Instead of having to plan stops for ice, we can now make our own when we need it. You will have several pieces of ice in just a few minutes, and in one day make all the ice you'll need for the day. The ironic thing is we won't use this in our RV until mid September, but we have already made use of it here at home. You see, I'm allergic to fluoride so I don't use the ice from my refrigerator. Now I can have clean ice from bottled water for my drinks too! Thanks!
