I have worn sleep masks for the past 8 years. The biggest problem for me has been finding a mask that REALLY blocks 100% of light. Is comfortable, doesn't leave marks on my skin (I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin), and is so lightweight, that I barely feel anything on my face. This sleep mask checks all the boxes for me. That doesn't mean it will for you. We all have different face structures and nose sizes, etc. I usually have problems at the side of the masks where the elastic is joined, causing rubbing that turns into a type of callous over time. This mask is PERFECT in every way for me, and I have not had any issues since my last purchase this past April. It is worth every penny, too!

So I actually purchased a second sleep mask because my wife didn't really like this one. It was just too big for her. This new one is adjustable, so maybe she will like it. At any rate, I tried it for a night, and it is NOTHING compared to this. The eye indentations in this mask are wayyy underappreciated until you try to sleep in a mask that is just a flat piece of fabric against your Not flat face. The light-blocking with this mask is great - I can easily fall asleep during the middle of the day wearing this without blackout curtains, the comfort is unparalleled after wearing another mask, the elastic doesn't pull against your head or anything, but it also doesn't lose - so maybe your results will be heavily dependant on you having a similar sized head to me? I am not really sure. Maybe I should say this is great for average-sized men's heads but might not be great if you find that other things like headphones or "one size fits all" hats don't fit you well.

The 100% Blackout Sleep Mask is nice for meditation, however I don't feel I will be reaching for it to use as regular sleep mask. The weight and size of the mask is very noticeable for me (I am a sensitive sleeper), and when I try to sleep with the mask on overnight, I am constantly aware of the mask on my face. The divots for the eyes don't allow much room for opening my eye, and when I sleep, my eyes slightly open. So every time I start to fall asleep, my eyelashes touch the mask, waking me up again. It's very soft and I thought I would really enjoy, but it's not the best fit for me to sleep in. Shipping was fast, enjoyed that they included some ear plugs as well. Great mask if you're not a super sensitive sleeper.

Other sleep masks have nearly cut my ear rubbing on the top of it and I have slept nightly with a sleep mask for the last several years. Tried almost all different types. This one is kind of large for my face which doesn't make or break the deal for me although I see how it could annoy others. The strap goes over my ear but is soft on the inside so it does bother me a bit that im laying on something other than my pillow, however it isn't cutting my ear and it is blocking the light out so for that I give 4 stars.

I was pleased to see that it blocks out all the light until I laid down. I am a side sleeper and found that it pushes enough to where light will leak in. I find I have to keep adjusting to keep the light out. If you sleep on your back, this is a winner winner chicken dinner. I am NOT fond of the Velcro. I have adjusted to where there is very little Velcro left. I will try a little more but may have to return.

Okay - I have never slept with an eye mask before, I do have one for travel but I have yet to use it. I am happy to say that the mask is fantastic. From the photos you can see the raised areas to cushion the face and when I say it keeps the light out, boy does it. I have worn it two nights in a row with no disruption to my sleep. The first night I even woke up a few times trying to figure out why it was so dark — the eye mask! Lol - if you have a hard time sleeping or plan to travel, I highly recommend. I also wanted to make note of how side the fabric is and the great Velcro closure. Oh! And the free ear plugs that also were packed inside. Love it!

Love this sleep mask! So lightweight and comfortable plus provides total darkness. It is a little too big for my head, but I can just overlap the Velcro fastener more and it works fine. I like it better than any mask I’ve had before.

Amazing product.. like a massage for your face, plus amazing sleep. Complete blackout and very comfortable to wear. I thought the Velcro that’s positioned at the back of the head would be uncomfortable but it’s actually ok.
