So this product is a must. I've had it for a few months now. It's amazing. The features are simple and easy. It's different speeds will get you there when ever or however you wanna get there. It comes fully charged. So you can get started as soon as it arrives. It's loud but not really. I just turn on my portable heater and you can barely hear it. I've used it so many times. I forgot it's supposed to be a back massager. Do yourself a favor. Buy this item right now.

sure it relieves pain. i guess. works great, wish battery life was longer but 10/10 my favorite "pain reliever"

As soon as I open the box and tried out the Otion Massage Wand I was impressed. Quick delivery, powerful massage for the price point, I will highly recommend.

Worked well enough. Dog found it and chewed it up. Ugh. Has a weird cord for charging. If you lose the cord, I would say you're screwed, no pun intended.

Do not use much prob about 6 times, the intensity button no longer works. Stopped working last time we used it. Still good but stuck slightly on the strong side so that’s a little inconvenient. Have bought different ones and have returned them but this is a good size you can use with one hand, and it’s powerful. Stays charged pretty long time.

Turned it on to see how it worked. When I tried to charge it there was no indicator light that indicated that it was charging. It was useless. Would not recommend buying this.

This thing is GREAT! it seriously stands up to my $110 one any day! The recharging option is so much better than corded.

Purchased this on Sept 4 and it completely stopped working mid use. It was fully charged. Plugged it back into the charger but still would not work. Gave 2 stars because it is much quieter than an older one I have from this same seller (that still works after over a year). Pretty disappointed it quit working so soon.
