I am very cautious when it comes to protein bars because I have a nut allergy and the few nut free ones taste like I'm eating chalk. This one tastes so good. I could eat it all day. I really like the cacao flavor. It is like eating a chocolate bar. It is not hard or dry. It Doesn't give that chalky taste most bars give off. The honey in it makes it a little sweet. It has clean ingredients. It uses grass fed animal protein. It is great source of protein if you are in a time crunch or post workout snack. I will definitely being buying again!

Certainly not a typical bar. If you are hardcore carnivore or paleo this is a great option. My husband really likes them for work/on the go. I am more keto/low carb and I’d rather eat a quest bar and jerky than this. I found the tallow aftertaste to be too beefy and that’s a turn off for me. All in all it’s a great bar if you like it and it checks your boxes. It does have a great chewy texture. My 7 year old liked it and I will continue to purchase them for my DH.

This protein bar is a find! I appreciate that it's grass fed protein, which is hard to find. With no refined sugar or seed oils this bar is a winner! When I need a quick snack or energy boost this is my go-to bar. Love them. The cacao tastes like a brownie!

This is my first Amazon review. Tastes kind of bad, had plastic or hard bone bits in it, couldn't eat the whole bar. Throwing in trash because if I return it there is a nonzero chance it falls off the delivery truck and some homeless guy finds it and chews on a bar and chews on plastic again. Seems like their factory doesn't operate under six sigma. Pity. I would give 0 stars as it is inedible, but wasn't an option.

Taste is great. Ingredients seem to be great. Not a low-carb option but figured I'd give them a shot.Only problem is they mess with my digestion quite a bit. Could be just me but (sorry if it's TMI) squirty gas is the only way I can put it.Hasn't happened on other bars I have tried. So..it's uncomfortable enough that I won't be able to eat the rest of them. Which is too bad because I do enjoy the flavor and texture especially the Salted Caramel- and I bought six boxes SMH!I guess I'd suggest buying a box and seeing how you do before going all-in.

Good taste, quality ingredients but quite costly for the quantity received.

The Mocha flavor was ok, but the Chocolate flavor tasted like straight tallow. I burped it up for about an hour after ingesting. Not for me. Also, I never received a response from the company about how much of the 16g of protein comes from whey versus collagen. Being that collagen is an incomplete protein; these bars just do not offer enough quality protein by themselves (especially at 230 calories).

I was hesitant at first because of some other reviews. Pleasantly surprised and they are just as good, if not better, as other similar protein bars. Does it taste like candy? No. But does it taste like a perfectly edible protein bar? Yes. I would say it’s very similar to a quest bar. Mildly oily on the outside and chewy. I love what this company is trying to do and I will be buying again. Great healthy choice for a snack on the go without compromising ingredients.
