delivers what it promises. the only gripe is a powdery feeling, when drinking, even after shaking it well. but I guess, its already a known behavior with plant-based protein (nature of the beast) ... & u hardly get froth after shaking the powder in cold water, which is a pleasant surprise when compared with whey proteins I used earlier. no bloating, no digestive issues whatsoever. I work out in the evening & consume this approx. 1/2hr b4 dinner.updt (19oct) -- I've consumed almost 90% of it. it no more tastes 'powdery'... I think I got used 2the taste. give it 1 'bag full' chance!

This product is contained high protein, but it's taste is not that good, you don't worry about taste yes go for it, it's a better choice.

It contains artificial sweeteners are flavours, which destroy gut microbiome and cause digestive disorders in the long run. And still the taste is palate ruining. Protein content is okay. The plain version is better and since there are no sweeteners or flavours, they should sell it a cheaper rate.

Value for money, consumed it for 6 days with milk and banana taste good, little bit chockey taste, smell good.

People talking about it's tast, yes taste is not that good it feels like you drink atta but it's acceptable within 2-3 days you are habitual and then you like it's taste.If you take it with empty stomach then their is no problem in digestion, but if you eat food after 15-20 min then their is some digestion problems for me. Digestion problems are subjective so I mention about myself.But I don't like it's packaging quality, seel is broken from 1 side, I think someone check what's inside the box

At first I thought it is a good quality protein.. as it literally tasted like mango shakeBut as I have been using it since a month, I am facing stomach issues like bloating, constipation etc. also it gives too much froth. Tastes good only in cold water..Discontinuing this due to stomach issues.
