It is a push up board. I’ve been using this push-up board for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best pieces of compact exercise board that i use. The board feels sturdy and doesn’t slide around on hard floors, which was a concern I had at first. It folds up nicely and doesn’t take up much space, making it ideal for home workouts. My only minor complaint is that the handles can feel a bit hard on the hands during longer sessions. It is easy to use. It is simple and effective. Good quality.

I’m always cautious of these boards and with good reason - they’re not the most sturdy piece of material. If you’re new to pushups, try doing some basic ones until you’re very sturdy before using something like this.Grip is okay. With the beads, it does not move around much. Lots of different exercises and easy to use. It’s not very robust, however

What an absolute rip off!! Cheaply made & doesn't hold out well when using the bungee. Would nit recommend

I really like this product. It has plenty of hand orientation and width options to help me be consistent. It folds in half and the grips can be slotted into any of the positions for storage. I found the sensor to be pretty decent, given I’ve used phone apps before that were hit and miss depending on ambient light. This product has its own proximity sensor, consisting of what appears to be an infra-red LED and a detector, so it will work in any light conditions.I was concerned about using it on a wooden floor, but it comes with rubber pad that you can attach for plenty of grip. In fact, I first tried it on a carpet (quite deep) and there was some flexing. It’s plastic, so that’s natural, but I’m hoping it holds up to some semi-regular use.The handles are also plastic, but I didn’t find them uncomfortable. In fact, I could add some foam padding or similar if I wanted to improve this in the future.The only downside to this product is a pet hate of mine – although the item comes with batteries (great!), they are installed into a compartment that is screwed shut, with no clip in sight. So, the first time I need to change the batteries, I’m going to lose the tiny screw. But that’s okay because it comes with a spare that I won’t have a chance of locating at that time. :-)Despite the battery compartment, it’s a quite decent product for the price. The screen was clear for me, and the beep confirmation to register each dip is good. Note – it’s not a signal to change, go as deep as you want, and it will still keep track.
