So comfortable! As someone else said they do take up a lot of space in your shoes so not suitable for use as a normal insole. They are very thick and foamy. I had trainers which were very roomy so they are perfect for me. They are also great in wellies. I can wear them all day.

I got these for my daughter but, whilst comfortable to start, this soon wore off and my daughter felt the insoles went instantly thing and flimsy. Support wasn’t great so, I wouldn’t recommend these.

These are memory foam insoles and while they do make standing and walking more comfortable, they don't have the springiness to be good for absorbing the impact of jogging or running.

I initially bought these for my trainers that I wear for work as I'm on my feet all day and felt I could benefit from the extra cushioning.The size was perfect and fit straight in but they added a bit too much height due to their thickness for the trainer to be comfortable.I now use them in my boots instead and find them really comfortable and good quality. They definitely help keep your feet more comfortable over the course of the day.
