Good quality product - the pouches which the weighted bags ...
Good quality product - the pouches which the weighted bags (seems to be filled with sand or the likes) slide into seem strong enough to bear the weight long term.Only reason for 1 less star is the discomfort on the shoulders - the vest could do with some extra padding to ease the pressure felt on the shoulders.

Very pleased with the 15kg vest
Very happy with the purchase. The 15kg vest has the possibility to remove the weights but I have been training with the 15kg and so far I am pleased with the vest. The only thing is its not breathable obviously so with heavy training might need to be washed. I havent tried that yet.

20kg vest
I have bought the 20kg vest for running, squats, press-ups and pull-ups. It fits well and doesn't move around when running. The four straps keep it nice and secure and there's plenty of adjustability. A great addition to my callisthenics training.Con - a minor point, but the two weights (one each side) that are on the area of the ribs and outside the chest, can dig into your ribs causing tender areas after running. This is purely due to the weight banging into them but they can be removed to prevent this. Or, don't run with a 20kg vest. Take into account that everyone has a different size and this may not effect everyone.I also plan buy the 10kg vest as well! (Although you can remove weights easily to change the weight of the vest).Highly recommended.

Extremely heavy but fits well
I bought the 20kg vest. Incredibly heavy (without sounding obvious its pretty much the same weight as your holiday suitcase) so need both hands to get it on - sits snugly on the body, and once on its very comfortable and feels much lighter. Weight is evenly distributed and the vest is well made - the velcro straps also very strong and it doesnt move when you are exercising. Very pleased with this - like everyone I dont have quite enough time and this makes the workout feel much more intensive so can burn more calories in less time

God it's heavy!
Being on the borderline of diabetes I like to go for a walk before breakfast on fine days to drop my blood sugar levels as suggested by the doctor's. I wear this to increase the workload and calorie burn.Works well but when I'm gasping my last after a brisk walk or jog up hills it could do with some elastication in the straps as it constricts my breathing.

very well made ...padded on the shoulders with removable weighted bags...very comfortable. ..you get what you pay for..very happy with this product and glad I spent the little extra..I've had others before which tear ....this goes over the head and supports around the waist..not too bulky either

Great item
Excellent item - very versatile and comfy. You can add or remove sand pouches from the vest easily. I use it for my bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, dips etc) and am slowly incrementing the weight.
