NOT MEDICAL ADVICE ;)Every so often my ears have to be irrigated. Wax starts impacting them, which then clogs my hearing and becomes super annoying and uncomfortable. Up until now I've always had to go to a specialist. The bulb syringes just aren't good enough to dislodge my wax (or I just wasn't good enough with them).Enter "The Irrigator." Yeah, that's what I'm calling it. I put this bad boy on High and thought, "oh man, is that all you got?" But then I realized -- I have my hands free to adjust the spray in my ear WHILE it's spraying. After some refills I had my first big glob of wax come out. Success!I think what I like most is that I can focus on getting The Irrigator in the correct position by feel. I can feel where the water is hitting in my ear canal and adjust as needed while it's auto-firing for me. With bulb syringes you have to aim before you fire. This one you can wing it as you go, and is therefore much easier.Next time I have wax buildup, I'll be back.Some pro tips:* Don't forget to use wax softening eardrops first. If your ears are especially impacted like mine, use the drops as directed for a couple days before even attempting to irrigate.* Use The Irrigator in the shower. You don't want to have to try and balance the ear discharge collection tray while you're doing this. This also gives you quick refills of warm water from either the shower head or bath spigot.* It might take a bit of trial and error to hit the sweet spot in your ear canal enough to start dislodging the wax. You'll know you're in the right place when you suddenly notice water trapped in your ear. Keep going! It doesn't take long, and I have impacted wax like crazy.

I was skeptical about it at first , but it worked very well. It felt weird but as I got little more relaxed it ended up feeling great . It was easy to clean and use it didn’t hurt , easy to charge ,several replacements tips, not heavy ,easy storage several modes . I am glad I have this . I highly recommend .

I’ve tried a bunch of different products, but this one really stands out. The ear cap styles don’t actually block the splash from the water stream. After comparing prices, I went with this one...and honestly, it was the right call for me 😁

Very easy to use. Adjustable pressure settings. A measured water container makes it easy to fill and store. There is no plug-in cord because it has a USB recharger. The product comes with several replacement tips. It is easy to hold, lightweight, and maneuverable. Long tips are effective for reaching inside the ear, and safer to use than Q tips.
