comfy, cute as a button... love them!

These are the perfect boot for my cold feet! So warm and cozy.

The only complaint is the shoes are not as comfortable as original Uggs they do not form to you feet and they insoles are on the firm side

Not sure what the whole "Koolaburra by Ugg" is all about. Perhaps it means "cheap" in the Outback. This is the third pair that I have purchased-- returned two. I wear a size 9 in classic Uggs, (which I loved tall and short and wore for YEARS!!!) so I ordered that size for my first pair of this style, which I thought were cute and wanted to save a bit of money, as well. Could not get my foot in the boot. There is no "give" in the boot when you are trying to get your foot inside. Ordered a slightly different style Koolaburra the second time, size 9, same problem. Ordered the Victoria Mini in a 10 the third time (since they do not come in half sizes). If it had not been in the 20s outside and I had to walk my dogs with no other warm options with me, these would have gone back, as well. Even with socks, my feet are SWIMMING in this size. These look like they are Ugg knockoffs, which I guess is why they are priced differently. Are they making all Uggs in Cambodia now or just these? I've had two pairs of slippers, three pairs of boots and purchased many for my daughter...but after trying three times to get this size right and failing, this experience has just about ruined my love of Ugg. Not sure if their other boots are now made like this as well, or this is a cheap entry level option, but I wish I had known. Will be very hesitant to buy Uggs online again.

My daughter got it as a Christmas gift she is a sz 4, we got a sz 5 and she couldn't even lip her foot in. We really loved the color and the design. Sad that we had to return and get her something else
