Actually does what it says. Super easy to pair with tv. My old Roku remote left arrow stuck and drove me nuts. This one is excellent. I can’t believe I took so long to order a new one.

Product works as advertised and have had no issues. Setup was a breeze. The only complaint I have is the buttons are not touchy enough for me. You have to press them all the way down...which is no big deal, but not what I'm used to.

This remote was exactly what I needed to replace my old Roku one. It connected quickly, works smoothly, and even has shortcut buttons for my favorite apps. The voice control is a great bonus! Definitely worth it

NO product support for our issue-HOW DO YOU GET THE VOLUME to increase/decrease? Yes, we are aware of the button on the side, this is a replacement item. We tried voice command, and we've now tried every synonym for increase/decrease. TURN IT UP! INCREASE VOLUME! SOUND INCREASE! LOUDER! TURN THIS FRIGGIN' THING UP! TURN UP THE SOUND! SOUND LEVEL CHECK! ACOUSTIC CHECK! Check volume control levels! ANYONE else have this issue? My husband is a telecommunications expert - it's driving him insane. Is this a BAD item? That's 2 strikes to Amazon today. Something we waited for to be delivered - arrived to a "shipping facility" 20 miles from our house. Now, it is delayed. It is "undeliverable." We would have gladly gone to a hardware store, but we were already ordering the ROKU. What a miserable experience..... the prior remote lost its functions.... HELP!

They get 4 only because compared to the original remote, there is a slight delay (almost unnoticeable). Nevertheless, it is a great buy worth the money. It is my backup because I have family that places remotes literally everywhere. Was ready to go out the box and I personally would buy it again.

I lost my original voice enabled remote somehow, somewhere in my bedroom. I got tired of the looking so I bought this as a spare. Works fine.

I have an older Roku stick, so I was afraid it wouldn't work. It does. However, the directions are confusing and it took me a while to set it up. I downloaded the remote app they suggested but couldn't get it to work. Fortunately, I still had my older worn out remote and used that to set up the new one. The 'fit' they refer to in the directions is your older remote. If you don't have your old remote, it's possible the app could work. I'm older and not that great with newer tech, so you may have better luck with the Roku remote app than I did. 😉

Bought this universal Roku remote to replace my broken one and it worked just the same. Has 4 streaming app shortcuts on remote. Very easy setup. Good quality made and very durable.
