I have been taking this supplement for more than 3 weeks now and have yet to notice any improvement to the joint pain in fingers and knees. How long does it take for it to make a difference or is it just not going to work for me?

I have been using this product for a few months. I loved zumba but inside of my knees were painful, a friend suggested turmeric, so after researching lots of turmeric products, i decided on the Good Guru, as it was recommended the effective dose needed to be 1050 mg and theid reviews were great, uk made to. I can honestly say i have no pain now in my knees, and a couple of other areas feel so much better to. I am certain it is this product. You can see the ingredients in the soft gel capsule, smell the turmeric and ginger, wouldnt be without it now.
