Great value, gets the job done
So for starters, if you are going back and forth between the 32gb and 64gb model, save yourself the headache and get the 64gb. There is a rather large Windows 10 update that needs to be installed and it cannot fit onto the 32gb HD. That being said, it did take me a couple attempts to get the update properly installed onto the 64gb, but all is well now. I bought this unit for the specific purpose of streaming media on my television. It advertises a 1000mbs Ethernet capability, and while the network card may be capable of that, the processor is NOT. I am maxing out at 400 mbs down on a cat 6 network cable and only around 100mbs on the 5g wifi (about 3 feet from the router). Honestly, 400mbs is more than I need to stream so it will never effect me, but it is worth noting. Negatives aside, this is a a great little pc. It is only slightly larger than a Roku 1 and mounts quite easily on the back of my television. I am able to stream everything form Netflix to Prime to Youtube. I will say this, and this is not a PC issue but rather a provider issue, if you are looking to us this in order to stream Xfinity Stream, you are in store for some frustration. Xfinity still uses Flash rather than HTML 5 and for whatever reason Windows 10 and Flash just do not get along. It is very choppy, and I thought it was because of the PC. It's not, so just use proprietary network apps if you can. Hope this was helpful!

Back to GARBAGE!!
My first experience with this PC was not very good. My experience became MUCH better after purchasing a 128 Gb USB Drive (3.0) and using it to help boost the memory available during the automated system updated. I also clicked the button to allow the system to clean up files to free up space. It took a couple of re-boots... but it appears that the system is functioning better. I will upgrade it to 3 stars and then 5 if everything continues to work well over the next few days. UPDATE: This device, even with the expanded memory, is NOT updatable!! It will CRASH almost every time it tries to update the system and has to "roll back" to the previous version. When not updating, the device will crash about every 20 minutes and re-start itself. Why this is happening?? I can only assume because it's a piece of junk and, therefore, TOTAL GARBAGE!! BUY ANOTHER BRAND.... PLEASE!!! You WILL regret purchasing this item!!!

I'm writing my review using it!
Considering I went into this knowing that the mini PC would be a touch underpowered compared to some of my other equipment, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I coach a high school basketball team and wanted a mini computer to hook up to my projector for a mobile-video setup to watch film with my players. So far, I have used this machine hooked up to my television, and I have been impressed. It gets a little bogged down with some websites (I've had a little trouble getting Pandora to load and Google Sheets is a little glitchy), but works wonderfully with hudl and just basic web-browsing.I went with the 64 gig version as suggested by another reviewer and am very happy with it. I've yet to experience any real issues with it. I'm not planning on downloading software or really doing anything with this PC other than working with stuff in the "cloud" and surfing the web. If something major happens in the future, I will update this review.

Excellent PC for Home or Office!
I purchased this micro PC as a replacement for my full size desktop PC that started behaving badly after 3.5 years. I didn't want to invest a lot of money for a PC as I have a 2 in 1 laptop and a smart phone. I just needed to be able to sort through email, surf the web, and use spreadsheets once in a while. Based on the specifications I was confident this would work for what I needed currently. It not only worked, it worked way faster than I thought it would. It boots up quickly and loads the Edge browser with eighteen tabs open in a few seconds. The display quality is very high viewed on my 24in Sceptre monitor. I keep a 64gb thumb drive attached via USB port to keep all my files where I want them. After each Windows update I clear out the previous build and maintain 35-37 GB of the built in hard drive. This PC cannot be beat for the features and the price. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Amazing technology in a small box
This product is superb. Quick start-up, easy setup, and it performs! I was sceptical about such a small box, but now that I've used it, I am amazed at how fantastic it is. Netflix, Youtube (in 4K!) and I can even install Bluestack for Android Emulation! Thanks for this amazing product!

Great micro PC - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
If your desktop space is at a premium and you're not pushing HD games to their limits, this PC is a great replacement for older equipment. We had a machine die, and we replaced it with this PC. Speedy, quiet, low heat, and solid. I'm glad I opted for the 64GB built-in drive as a previous 32 caused problems during updates by filling up the free space on the main drive. I run this little PC with an external SATA HD and install all my programs and such there. I've also moved my OneDrive file to the external to save more space. A USB Hub is recommended as this one only sports 3 USB (1 USB-3 and 2 USB-2) and my wired mouse and keyboard took up two ports right of the bat. Again, I'd highly recommend this unit to save space, keep the PC quiet and update older hardware.

Wonderful little PC
Wonderful little PC.I did have a problem with the product key initially but the seller was fantastic and a quick follow up call to Microsoft sorted the issue. Looks great and runs silent too, definitely a recommended investment!

So far so good!
Bought this for some light web surfing so far so good. Definitely not powerful enough as an everyday computer but for basic web surfing and simple tasks this does the job!**Update** After just 5 weeks this is totally dead. Doesn't boot up. Seems others have this same issue.
