For vegetarians, it seems serving well.
Some of my team mate is vegetarian. As such, the person feels unless this tablet is taken, the person feels not well. I do not know but the person has been taking this for more than 7 years, and it seems to be working all right. Bit expensive, though.

Be careful, this is not for everyone.
Be very careful when taking Vitamin B complex - if you don't need it, it will have the opposite effect and it could cause very bad anxiety and panic attacks.That's what happened to me after only four days taking this supplement. I have never had these problems before and now, even if I stopped taking it, the anxiety is still there and I haven't yet found a way to get rid of it.I would suggest asking your practitioner if you need this supplement before you take it.

I used to bite my nails.for years and years..a level of anxiety I guess, my friend recommended this Vit B complex and I cannot believe I actually have good strong nails now AND no more wanting to bite them.I love tapping the tablewith them...unbelievable.!!!!
