Works great but please be careful! It’s easy to cut yourself when trying to hold the base. I ended up with 7 stitches from holding it wrong. The blades are super sharp and will cut meat very fine but again very super careful when handling this.

Please be careful with the blades, they are extremely sharp and just a little bit of pressure on your skin will cut you. If you use this exactly as instructed it works perfectly. I have now used it several times on different pieces of meat and it cut the strips perfectly.

I’m a progressional chef that work in the kitchen for over 10 years but still manage to cut myself on the first use of this product. It’s really hard to push it down. Always stuck on the top. If you don’t wear any safety gloves this will cut you eventually. Still a good product but needs a lot of improvement.

Getting the bad things out of the way first, the amount of flex in both the blades and the fins of the base often results in cutting into the plastic fins on the base if you aren't careful. The suction works for the most part, but don't trust it fully so as to not make any dangerous mistakes.The positives are great and are the reason I'm still using this product. To start, the blades are incredibly sharp, whether I'm slicing beef for make jerky, or tomatos and onions for burger toppings, this thing goes through like slightly cold butter once you learn the technique, giving you perfectly cut condiments.The value is through the roof, but only if you are a cautious person as there is zero personal safety equipment included and will require a diligent use of forethought and ignoring instincts to hold it in certain ways. One hand holding the handle, the other hand pressing the palm on the other end of the blade stack with fingers out stretched and NEVER curling your fingers and never letting any part of your body on the underside of the blades. It sounds like a common sense thing, but as soon as you start to struggle you may find yourself about to break one of those rules. Don't.

This oddball gizmo worked surprisingly well. I really thought it would be a joke gadget. But not so! This charming cutter is the perfect tool for making Mongolian Beef and Cashew Chicken dishes. Once the meat is cut to fit the device, it's done in a flash! Sliced to thin perfection.It's much easier to clean than I expected, too. So, just for fun, get one of these unique meat slicers and save yourself some time and trouble in the kitchen. You will be surprised as well.

I cannot recommend this product enough. If you make jerky for yourself or your pets this is a must have! So quick and easy to use. The slices are uniform in size which is just about impossible to accomplish using a knife. I've bought several slicers over the years and this one tops them all. Well worth the money spent.

We live Philly Cheese steak subs and stir fry. So we got this so we didn't have to pay for already thin sliced sirloin at the grocery store. We got a few pieces of Chucky sirloin and used it in this machine. A little tougher to do than on some of the videos but it really worked perfectly. Now cleaning was easy with the brushes but I did have to take the two sharp razor parts apart to clean. Did so and put back together being very careful not to cut myself. Little bit later looked down and saw a cut on each hand on fingers. So even being careful still resulted in cuts. So immediately ordered a set of filet gloves. Won't use this thing without them just for safety sake. This is our firstbstir fry. We love it enough to keep it for sure!
